Overview

Get a taste of the Highlands in Carron Valley Forest on the shores of the Carron Valley reservoir. Nestled in the heart of Scotland’s central belt, this fantastic venue is dominated by the distinctive peak of the Meikle Bin offering panoramic view across the whole of central Scotland.

Come along and witness the monumental Dun Carron Medieval Fort being built by the Clanranald Clan while Running and Mountain Biking on the awesome built MTB trails, including some very new trails they are constructing over the winter. The area provides a great mix of great water access and serene paths along the water side, with testing hills and rugged paths to provide the most challenging Green Belter of the year.

Biking		21km - Mix of hilly forest tracks and their brand new purpose built mountain biking downhill trails
Running		11km - A blend of flat waterside trails, hilly forest track and ‘off-piste’ narrow paths with superb views
Terrain		Typical rugged, challenging Scottish forest with rewarding hills providing breath-taking views.
Water		1km - Right on our doorstep, Carron Valley Reservoir makes for an excellent kayaking spot*
Obstacles		The Green Machine is ready and waiting for you. We have an entertaining obstacle lined up for the water too!

*Kayaking - If you wish to preview Carron Valley Reservoir for Kayaking, you must choose your access/egress carefully & must not use the fishery access point.
