Overview

Newburgh Priory is a magnificent family house and estate set within the picturesque landscape of the Howardian Hills near Coxwold, North Yorkshire. This idyllic place boasts a wealth of undulating grounds of a all varieties, charming gardens, rolling hills, farmland and forest make up the some 6,000 acres in which it sits. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of the North York Moors, it is primed and ready to be another great back drop to host an excellent Yorkshire Green Belter.

Biking		17km - A real variety of terrain with some great technical climbs and fast descents
Running		10km - More of same as we take you through some great spots in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
Terrain		Undulating but not too punishing
Water		0.5km - Special access to a secluded lake nearby
Obstacles		Few challenges unleashed in the hill before tackling the mighty Green Machine
